CMA CGM Air Cargo has signed up to the IATA CO₂ Connect emissions calculator to offer more accurate visibility on the carbon footprint of flights and shipments.
Ocean shipping giant CMA CGM announced in a LinkedIn post on 15 May that its airline business had ed IATA’S emissions scheme at the IATA World Cargo Symposium (WCS) last month.
CMA CGM claimed CMA CGM Air Cargo is the first airfreight company to share CO2 emissions data with IATA.
